Identity + Website
Adria is a luxury lakeside apartment building located in downtown Madison, Wisconsin where routines turn to lifestyles, with community at the center of it all. It is more than just a place to live — it’s a way of life.
Creating a brand for one of the most upscale apartment complexes in Madison meant that we had to give them an aesthetic that sets them apart from competition in the area. Since Adria is a new apartment building with no existing branding, this opportunity gave us drive and flexibility to create an iconic identity from scratch.
Since Adria starts and ends with the letter "A", we wanted to create a strong yet simple mark that can be recognized as the letter "A". One of Adria's differentiators from their competition is that the building stands beside the lake, so we made sure to add an element to the mark that ties to water and waves.
Our goal was to create a website that shows potential tenants a taste of what it's like to reside in Adria. To do this, we made sure we let the 3D renderings have a strong presence throughout the site.
